Smoked Beef Brisket

Smoked Beef Brisket

By Lets Start Cooking

Along with ribs and pork shoulder, brisket is one of the Big Three of classic BBQ meats. “Low and slow” is the golden rule here — a low cooking temperature and a slow cooking speed. But have no fear: The art of smoking a brisket is as easy as painting by the numbers if you follow our simple steps

2 1/2 pounds beef brisket

1 tablespoon liquid smoke  flavoring

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup ketchup

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Cut the brisket in half; rub with Liquid Smoke, salt and pepper.  Place in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Top with onion. Combine the ketchup, mustard and celery seed; spread over meat. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Remove brisket and keep warm. Transfer cooking juices to a blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve with brisket.

  1. After reading your blog post, I browsed your website a bit and noticed you aren’t ranking nearly as well in Google as you could be. I possess a handful of blogs myself, and I think you should take a look at “seowebsitetrafficnettools”, just google it. You’ll find it’s a very lovely SEO tool that can bring you a lot more visitors and improve your ranking. They have more than 30+ tools only 20$. Very cheap right? Keep up the quality posts
