Ingredients
  • 1½ c frozen or fresh peaches slices
  • 1 c frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs ground flaxseeds
  • ½ c unsweetened flaked coconut
Instructions
  1. Stir the frozen fruit and brown sugar together in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in the micro-wave on high until the mixture is hot, about 2 minutes, stirring once about 1 minute into the heating process. Stir the cinnamon, ground flaxseeds, and coconut into the heated berries. This is delicious topped with sweetened whipped cream.
