Mixed Berry Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

from the kitchen of: Marisa Fitzgerald; itsdinnertime2.blogspot.com This healthy and quick smoothie is refreshing and satisfying. Loaded with fiber and vitamins, this crowd-pleasing drink will lure even the sleepiest to the breakfast table.
- 1/2 c skim milk
- 1/2 c water
- 8 sucarlose packets (or 1 teaspoon Stevie, if preferred)
- 2 tbs orange juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 c frozen mixed berries
- 2/3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c ice (optional)
- Place all ingredients, except ice, into a blender and blend first on medium, then on high speed. Add ice if you prefer a thicker drink. If desired, add more vanilla to bring out the sweetness or increase the orange juice concentrate to give your smoothie a little extra zip.
