Mixed Berry Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • ½ c skim milk
  • ½ c water
  • 8 sucarlose packets (or 1 teaspoon Stevie, if preferred)
  • 2 tbs orange juice concentrate
  • 1½ c frozen mixed berries
  • ⅔ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ c ice (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients, except ice, into a blender and blend first on medium, then on high speed. Add ice if you prefer a thicker drink. If desired, add more vanilla to bring out the sweetness or increase the orange juice concentrate to give your smoothie a little extra zip.
