- 3 lb beef brisket
- onion salt
- garlic salt
- celery salt
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/2 (5-oz) bottle liquid smoke
- 1/2 (5-oz) box Worcestershire sauce
- Sprinkle onion salt, garlic salt, and celery salt on meat, to taste. Place in heavy foil. Pour barbeque sauce (full bottle) and the liquid smoke on top. Refrigerate for 12 hours. Remove from refrigerator and mix sauces with Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 275°F for 6 to 8 hours. Cooking the brisket on low heat for several hours is the secret to its delicious flavor.
