Best Burgers Ever

These burgers are the best on the grill in the summertime. Jam-packed with all kinds of stuff, and no tasteless bread crumbs!


1 pound ground lamb
1 tablespoon egg
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoons grams Marsala
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
4 hamburger buns, split and  toasted



Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Place the lamb, egg, ginger, garlic, gram Marsala, and cilantro into a mixing bowl; mix well. Form the mixture into 4 patties. Cook on  the preheated grill to your desired degree of denseness, about 3  minutes per side for medium-well. Serve on toasted hamburger  buns.
