Easy Cinnamon French Toast Casserole

Cinnamon French toast casserole recipe with cinnamon raisin bread and maple sausage patties baked in a custard made with Egg Beaters 
Total Time: 60 min.

Ingredients:

  pam® original no-stick cooking spray
6 slice cinnamon raisin bread, halved
1 pkg (6.4 oz each) frozen banquet® brown 'n serve(TM) maple sausage patties, quartered
1 1/4 c 1-1/4 eggs beaters® original
1 c fat-free milk
1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
  maple syrup, optional
  pam® original no-stick cooking spray
6 slice cinnamon raisin bread, halved
1 pkg (6.4 oz each) frozen banquet® brown 'n serve(TM) maple sausage patties, quartered
1 1/4 c 1-1/4 eggs beaters® original
1 c fat-free milk
1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
  maple syrup, optional
   

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Overlap bread in dish. Top with sausage pieces, placing some in between bread halves. Whisk together Egg Beaters, milk, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl until blended. Pour mixture over bread. Let stand 10 minutes. 

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set and golden brown. Serve with syrup, if desired.
