6 halibut steaks
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
2 teaspoons garlic powder salt pepper
1 cup olive oil
Mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and the chopped fresh parsley together in one large bowl. Coat each halibut fillet in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and then dip in the breadcrumb mixture. Cover each fillet with the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking sheet (lifted off the sheet with a fish tray if you have one). Spray some oil on the outside of the crust. Bake at 450 for about 15 minutes.
